It’s time to make baseball great again!

By now you probably know the MLB moved their All-Star game out of Georgia, citing (wrong) claims about the new voter law.

The decision is wrong on so many levels. For one, the reasons they cite simply aren’t true. Also, sports leagues and businesses shouldn’t inject themselves into politics. If they insist on doing so, they should probably start with China and their horrible human rights violations instead.

In a nonsensical move, the MLB is now having the game in Colorado.

The logical response is to refuse to watch. But we got to thinking – what sort of competing event could Georgia put on that would not only deprive the MLB of viewers and fans, but could also recoup some of the much-needed revenue they’re losing?

As we talked, especially with the folks at the excellent podcast “The World According to Ben Stein,” producer Judah Friedman had a great idea.

President Trump should hold a rally.

So that’s it. We’re petitioning former President Trump to organize a rally in Georgia, to take place on July 13 at the time of the MLB All-Star Game in Denver. Not only can people boycott watching or going to the game, but they can also signal their support for conservatives and stand up against the ignorant lies surrounding Georgia’s voter law.

You in? Sign the petition below!

To President Donald J. Trump,

You correctly said that the MLB’s decision to move the All-Star Game was terrible and unfair, and that they obviously didn’t know the bill. We are behind an MLB boycott 100%.

We propose that to really “stick it” to the league, you hold a rally in Georgia on July 13, the day the MLB All-Star Game will be happening in Denver. Not only would this rally enrage the virtue-signalers who made that stupid decision, it could bring some much-needed revenue back to Georgia and give people refusing to watch the game something to watch instead.

Can you imagine the effect if your rally were watched or attended by more people than the game? Beautiful.

Let’s make baseball great again!

Signed,
